Memory Work will be recited on Friday of each week. If a student knows the memory work earlier in the week, he/she may recite it earlier.
Though it is important to know the memory verse "word for word", the meaning of each verse will also be taught and discussed in class as the verse is learned.
Memory work consists of learning Bible passages, learning the Ten Commandments and meanings, and learning the Books of the Bible.
Tips for studying Memory Work:
1. Put the Memory Work sheet in a prominent place.
2. Review the verse(s) for a short period at a regular time each day.
3. Help your child apply the verse(s) to his/her daily life.
4. Ensure that your child can pronounce and understand all of the words.
5. Review with your child the meaning of the entire verse(s).
