Here are instructions created by EK on how to download the history review podasts to iTunes and iPods:

Go to Mr. Black's home page on the SOTH website (if you are reading these notes, you are already there/here!). Press the play button. From there, the file will open straight onto iTunes, and it will automatically load onto your music library.

Load the podcast onto your iPod or mp3 player as you would normally do.
NOTE: This process works much better when using Internet Explorer as your web browser rather than using Mozilla Firefox or some other browser.
